In this seminar you will get a deeper insight into the use of the material tool of the Unreal Engine 5, so that you can then create your own shaders and effects that go beyond the basics. Whether sophisticated water surfaces or futuristic neon effects, it will be much easier for you to achieve the desired effect. The seminar is based on a practical example project, which is used to comprehensively explore the possibilities for elaborate shader effects in Unreal Engine 5. The teaching templates used, as well as the final files created by the participants during the course, will be handed over to the participants at the end of the course. These can then be used privately or commercially with the freely available Unreal Engine 5 version from the manufacturer’s homepage, e.g. to further deepen learned facts.
