Election broadcasts WDR

We support the broadcast of the ARD state elections. Both in the election for the 6th state parliament in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and in the election for the 18th Bremen senate, our solutions were in use

State election Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

The coverage of the election for the 6th state parliament of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was broadcast live by ARD from a tent set up especially for this election in front of the castle in Schwerin. The moderator Jörg Schönenborn, WDR editor-in-chief for television, again used an INCAS touchscreen to interactively call up the infratest dimap election graphics and analyses during the moderation. The control of the graphics and videos via the touch screen was realized by INCAS Training und Projekte GmbH & Co. KG with the real-time software Ventuz and supervised live on site. Special thanks go to the staff of WDR, NDR and Ventuz, and especially to the team of infratest dimap.

Election to the Bremen Senate

The coverage of the election for the 18th Bremen Parliament was broadcast live by ARD from the Bremen Parliament on the market square in Bremen. For this, the moderator Jörg Schönenborn, WDR editor-in-chief for television, used a touchscreen, as he did for the state elections in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate in Stuttgart, to interactively call up the infratest dimap election graphics and analyses during the moderation. The control of the graphics and videos via the touch screen was realized by INCAS Training und Projekte GmbH & Co. KG with the real-time software Ventuz and supervised live on site. Starting with the logistics around the half a ton monitor up to the usability tests and the on-site support, INCAS was able to successfully complete this order. Special thanks go to the employees of WDR, BR, MDR and Radio Bremen and especially to the team of infratest dimap.
